I watched move movies....
Um...yeah...

James Bond: Quantum of Solace - My dad is a bit of a James bond nerd. So he wanted to watch it
the opening/title squence was cool, I guess. But rather...random. By the end of it, I had figured someone had shot Bond, he had gone to the secret agent hospital and the doctor was giving him medications that made him hallucinate
they kept one actor for Bond, unlike in other movies, so that was good
the fightscenes were rather well done. The plot, not so much
what was the plot again?
oh yeah, there was this chick who wanted revenge on a man who was in league with a tree hugger company, who for some reason was plotting again Bond and his buddies
all of which were shot in the first half hour
and for some reason, they all lived...dude
in all James Bond movies, he always gets 'the girl'. However, in this one, he didn't get THE girl. He got A girl. I forget her name, so I'll call her Miss Expendable.
Miss Expendable died. Rather randomly and abruptly. She got drowned in oil, her naked body was soaked in it, and her lungs were full of it.
yet she never left the room
was there, like, a hatch in the ceiling that opened up whenever someone wanted to drown someone in oil?
or did Miss Expendable just get the wrong room?
and the covers that she lay on...they only had small puddles of oil on them, so that pretty much cancels out the hatch theory
so, on the other hand, THE girl had this revenge thing going on. Her past was pretty epic, and she probably was the awesomest character in the movie, but still
Overall: It was a pretty good movie........if you like lots of epic fight scenes and hardly any plot. My dad thinks that the James Bond movies are degenerating over time. So, I don't really reccommend it otherwise.

Imagine That - my mother heard that it was good, and I remembered that in the rental videos place
it was sweet, very lovely father daughter story
the girl was a GREAT actor, and Eddie Murphy--you don't need an explaination
the guy who played Johnney Whitefeather was such a jerk--you can tell if someone's a good actor if they can make you absolutely love a character, or absolutely HATE them.
it was just great, hearing a full grown adult--who works for a serious business like the stock market--saying words like 'go-gaa' or 'icky, icky, yucky'.
there's only one thing that dissapointed me with this movie--the fact that you never saw the world that the daughter saw. But then again, they did that on purpose, to create a beautiful affect, so I can't really critisize that.
the Stargate actors are EVERYWHERE! Like, Senator Kinsley--a total jerk in Stargate--being Evan's boss--an okay guy--was just weird. But, as an actor myself, I know that the roles that you are assigned are not your actual personallity.
one thing about Eddie Murphy is that he can pull both a very funny face and very serious face--and make them equally HILARIOUS!!!
in the deleted scenes, I thought the skating rink ending was a much sweeter ending than the one they had. :3
if you've watched this movie, and haven't watched the bonus feature: "What Were They Really Saying?"--THEN GO WATCH IT RIGHT NOW!!!!
Overall: Sweet, uplifting, and in better taste than some of Eddie Murphy's other movies. The actors were great, the bonus features were great, and it was just overall--great. I definatly reccommend it to all of you who haven't seen it!

Oh the horror...
...It was cool until Aang took off his Angsty Hoodie.

That new tatoo was weird.
But the Fire Nation ships looked great.
So, I'm confused on whether I should support it or not.
